At Proxima, Mr. Chestnutt was instrumental in implementing business systems and processes that helped Proxima grow to over $150 million in annual sales. He was also Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Rokenbok Toy Company where he played a key role in growing the company from start up to over $10 million in sales. |

Rob Ledenko
Mr. Ledenko joined IQinVision in 2011, with more than 20 years of experience in the security industry as a sales and business development leader, with a career that spans ICXT, Cohu, GE, and TYCO/ADT Federal systems. Mr. Ledenko has been instrumental in developing and managing sales and channel organizations that provide integrated security solutions hardware and software, business intelligence and complex applications to a worldwide customer base. In addition to his experience at large corporations, Mr. Ledenko brings a strong track record of launching several highly successful start-up sales teams. |
 | Ed Suski Mr. Suski's wide ranging background includes a BSEE degree, years of research and development resulting in 10 US patents and numerous concept products that include facial recognition systems with wireless handheld delivery for the United State Secret Service and FIPS 140-2 level 4, tamper reactive, secure servers for Microsoft Corporation. Mr. Suski held the positions of Chief Technology Officer/Global Technology Leader at two Fortune 50 corporations, General Electric and United Technologies Corporation where he led the development of cameras as well as storage devices (NVRs and DVRs) and Video Management Software designed to manage cameras and recorders. In Addition, Mr. Suski has experience developing wireless and cellular video surveillance products as well as mobile camera and recorder platforms. |
 | David Clark David Clark comes to IQinVision with over 25 years experience in High Technology, Defense, Telecommunications and Consumer Products Industries. He has extensive offshore manufacturing experience with an emphasis on high quality, low cost and volume manufacturing. Before coming to IQinVision, David was the Vice President of Operations for 4Access Communications, a manufacturer of state of the art ‘point of sales’ terminals. Additionally, David was the Director of Quality Assurance for AMCC Corporation, a manufacturer of fibre channel communications products. David’s background includes formal education in engineering, business and quality assurance and he holds a BSEE from the University of Colorado, Boulder, a BS in Technical management from Regis University, Denver, CO and a MS in Quality Assurance (MSQA) from San Jose State with certifications in ISO 9001, Six Sigma and Lean Manufacturing. |
