SAN CLEMENTE, CA July 5, 2005 IQinVision is expanding to address the rapid growth of its IQeye megapixel IP Video Systems business and maintain its outstanding reputation for customer service.
"Our East Coast and European business is growing fast," said Pete DeAngelis, President and CEO. "We must ensure our new customers and partners receive the world-class support that defines IQinVision, so we are strengthening our regional resources."
Paul Bodell has assumed the role of Vice President of Sales and Marketing and is opening a Sales/Marketing/Support center in Lancaster, Pa. Don Ashley, formerly of Bosch Security Systems, has joined IQinVision as Field Sales Engineer and will manage the East Coast Support Center. Rick Davitt, formerly the Vice President of Marketing, has been elected to IQinVision's Board of Directors.
IQinVision also plans to double its outside sales personnel by the end of 2005. To better support Europe, IQinVision has hired Martijn Kolenbrander as the European Sales Manager and is opening IQinVision's European sales office in Utrecht, Netherlands.
"The IP Video market is really taking off," said Bodell, "we are putting the right products and people in place to keep us ahead of the competition."
